2025 Ford Explorer Interior Design & Cargo Space

2025 Ford Explorer Engine Specs
Choose between two different engine options for the 2025 Ford Explorer. The standard turbocharged 2.3L EcoBoost® inline four-cylinder (I4) engine makes 300 horsepower, while the available twin-turbocharged 3.0L EcoBoost V6 makes 400 horsepower. Both can tow up to 5,000 pounds; a Class III Trailer Tow Package is standard. Power from either engine flows through a ten-speed automatic transmission. When you pick the ST trim with its 3.0L engine, you get paddle shifters with SelectShift® capability for a more connected driving experience that supports this trim’s sporty purpose.
