Our commitment goes beyond the dealership walls as we strive to build meaningful relationships, support local needs, and create a lasting positive impact wherever we can.

Whether it’s supporting education, honoring first responders, helping families in need, or participating in local traditions and events, our goal is to be a dependable partner that the community can count on year after year.

At Shawnee Mission Ford, giving back to our community isn’t just something we do — it’s who we are. We are proud to actively support and participate in programs, events, and initiatives that make a meaningful difference throughout our local area.

Over the years, our team has been honored to take part in Teacher Appreciation efforts, school supply drives, food donations, and toy drives supporting local families and shelters. We’ve delivered cookies to our local police department, provided lunches for firefighters, and helped support field trips hosted right here at the dealership to give students a unique, hands-on experience.

We are also proud sponsors and participants in community traditions such as Old Shawnee Days, where we join in the parade each year, as well as Cars in the Park, the Turkey Creek Car and Motorcycle Show, and Special Olympics events that bring our community together in powerful ways.

Beyond events, our commitment extends to supporting local organizations and causes — including donations to area animal shelters and ongoing involvement with the Mustang Club. We also open our doors to the next generation by hosting Career Day visits for local middle school students, helping inspire future careers in the automotive industry.

One of our favorite annual traditions is hosting our own Trunk or Treat event at the dealership, creating a safe, fun, and family-friendly experience for the community.
